As has oft been said, Figures don't lie but liars can figure. Any thing I write on this site will either be fact or I will tell you it is my opinion. I shall try to insert a bit of humor once in a while and just give people some facts to think and or comment about!
One of the things I have become interested in is global warming and all the verbosity in both the pro and the con camps. while very little I read has any factual basis, people still go nuts one way or the other. What ever happened to logic or rational thinking?
You have all heard the prognostications about how the oceans will rise and flood most of the world. As if anyone west of the Blue Ridge Mountains would care in New York flooded out!! So I will pose some questions!! I will try to do this every day or so.
Question !! How much ice would have to melt to raise the ocean level one (1) foot. Anybody with a high school diploma should be able to figure this out in just a few minutes!
